Wir, das Familien-Weingut Engel bewirtschaften 11 h Weinberge, die in unserem bekannten Weinort Flörsheim-Dalsheim, in Westhofen und im Zellertal liegen. Mit internationalem Weinverständnis, kreativem Gespür und handwerklicher Sorgfalt werden bei uns die Trauben in charakterstarke Weine verwandelt. Ob im Edelstahltank, großen Holzfass oder Barrique ausgebaut, beim Reifeprozess lautet unsere Philosophie: so wenig Einflussnahme wie nötig. Wir geben unseren Weinen Raum und Zeit, damit sie auf natürliche Weise ihren nuancierten und sortentypischen Charakter ausbilden können.
